Select whichever one you like and you'll be provided a color guide. Depending on which one you've chosen, the number of figures will be greater or smaller. Each number is equivalent to a different color. You'll then have to zoom into the drawing with your fingers so you can see the numbers clearly. You'll be able to paint one by one or leaving your finger pressed to make use of the magnifying glass. This last method is faster but it's also harder to keep within the lines.
